- How actively your employees are utilizing the service
- Progress on your employees’ job search, and notice when they find a job

We will offer all our customers a custom branded portal through which your employees can access our services.
In addition, we assign one of our transition specialists to each of your employees, so that they have a point of contact and support throughout the program.
What are the qualifications of the people helping our employees find a new job?
RiseSmart assembles a team for each individual, comprised of a variety of specialized skillsets. The “quarterback” of the
team is the Transition Specialist. The typical Transition Specialist has 8-10+ years of experience. These individuals
have extensive backgrounds in recruiting and HR, and know what it takes to find a job. They follow a proprietary methodology
and leverage their specialized knowledge and deep experience to help guide the individual through their job search.
We also provide each individual with a certified resume writer (CPRW certified). The resume writer has deep experience
in writing resumes for the particular field or industry focus of the individual in transition. Each individual also has
support of our “job sourcing” team. These are HR trained specialists across a variety of functions and industries that
hand-pick relevant jobs for each individual. And finally, we employ a wide variety of senior specialists on the team that
provide training via our ongoing webinar series. These team members have deep experience (15 years +) in areas such as
networking, interviewing, and career coaching.
Bottom line – each individual has a custom-built team of experienced professionals that all align a single mission: to help
each individual land a new job quickly!
Do you offer any coaching or tips on interviewing?
As a part of the service the Transition Specialist sets up an initial strategy session with each and every individual so that
they get a good understanding on how the individual wants to re-position themselves and where they specifically need help.
That is followed up with mock interview sessions which we record and email the individuals so they can be best prepared for the
actual interviews.
What is your success rate? How does it compare to traditional outplacement providers?
We measure success differently from traditional outplacement companies because we are focused on measuring success by the
quality and speed with which we help your employees find their next job.
Rather than send you a report touting success by measuring how many coaching sessions are conducted, or how many seminars ran,

Success Rates depend a lot on the profile of the individual in transition. For example, senior executives often have different
statistics than entry level employees. Similarly, the results can vary based on geography, industry, and function. Once we
engage with you to learn more about your specific employee groups, we can then provide you with an estimated success rate
based on our most recent data. Generally, junior level employees are finding jobs within 2-3 months, and senior level
employees are finding jobs within 4-5 months. This is a general guideline based on broad statistics.
